1. No Returns or Refunds on Skincare Products & Services
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Skincare products (including creams, serums, cleansers, and other medical-grade skincare items).
- Aesthetic and wellness services (including but not limited to neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, IV therapy, and weight loss treatments).
- Gift cards and membership fees.
2. Exchanges on Defective or Damaged Products
We take great care in providing high-quality skincare and wellness products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@restorevidalia.com with your order details and photos of the damaged item.
We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit (no refunds).
3. Merchandise & Clothing Returns
For apparel or merchandise items, we allow exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase if the item is:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Free from makeup, stains, or damage.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling for Services
- Appointment cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
